At DAPEN.org (Digital Accessibility Protection & Education Network, LLC), accessibility isn’t an afterthought—it’s our foundation.
We exist to make digital accessibility simple, actionable, and achievable for everyone who builds or owns a website.

Our Commitment

DAPEN.org was built entirely around the Website Builder Accessibility Guidelines (WBAG) — a modern accessibility framework created by DAPEN.org to help designers, developers, and business owners make websites accessible within today’s most popular website builders.

WBAG is designed to be practical, not technical — focusing on the features that prevent the majority of accessibility-related legal claims while ensuring a better experience for all users.

We are committed to maintaining and improving accessibility across all DAPEN.org content, dashboards, and partner tools according to WBAG standards.

How We Maintain Accessibility

To support and demonstrate compliance with WBAG, DAPEN.org:

  • Uses clear text hierarchy, ARIA labeling, and proper heading structure;
  • Ensures all images and non-text elements include descriptive alt text;
  • Maintains sufficient color contrast and readable font sizes;
  • Designs all navigation and forms to be fully keyboard accessible;
  • Tests new pages and updates against WBAG criteria prior to publication;
  • Educates all DAPEN Partners and internal contributors on WBAG best practices.

Known Limitations

While DAPEN.org strives for full adherence to WBAG, some third-party integrations or embedded tools may not completely meet our internal standards.
We are actively working to identify and improve these areas.

If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our site, please notify us so we can address them promptly.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time project—it’s a continuous process.
DAPEN.org is reviewed and tested regularly to ensure all new content, forms, and partner resources continue to meet WBAG compliance.

All updates undergo accessibility review before publication.

Third-Party Content

DAPEN.org may include links to external sites or embedded third-party tools.
While we encourage accessibility across all platforms, DAPEN.org does not control third-party software or content and cannot guarantee their accessibility status under WBAG.
